OUR FOUNDER
NYC-based Strategize That was created by Lori Scherwin who spent 15 years across Wall Street, Management Consulting and Corporate America with senior titled roles and leadership positions at firms including Goldman Sachs and the Boston Consulting Group. She is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) who trained extensively with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, one of the world's largest fully accredited ICF programs.
Across roles, Lori found passion in helping her teams develop their potential and seeing her mentees succeed. This, coupled with substantial strategic development, advisory and communications experience, led Lori to start Strategize That where she is leveraging her analytical toolkit to help professionals build winning strategies for their own careers.
She knows first hand the stresses and struggles that come with high impact roles - as well as the tremendous satisfaction you can realize by conquering change to achieve success - and can help guide you through it.
Lori has been on a "transition mission" her entire career - moving up within companies, entering new companies, and changing industries altogether - an intense yet immensely rewarding journey. She challenges the conventional, makes impact, learns from her own mistakes, and thrives on success.
